Todd Lewis, President & CFO
Todd Lewis is the President and CFO of Northern California National Bank. From 2007-2015 Mr. Lewis was the Executive Vice President and CFO for Northern California National Bank. From 2005-2007, he served as Vice President and Controller of Community Business Bank in West Sacramento, CA. Prior, from 2002-2005, Mr. Lewis was the Controller of School Innovations and Advocacy in Rancho Cordova, CA. Mr. Lewis earned a B.S. in Accounting and Information Systems from Brigham Young University and earned his Certified Public Accountant designation while employed with Arthur Andersen in Sacramento, CA.
Hinson Thomas, EVP/CCO
Hinson Thomas is the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Northern California National Bank. Mr. Thomas has over 28 years of experience in community banking and credit risk management. From 2006 to 2020, he was employed by First Foundation Bank (formerly Community 1stBank) as a Senior Vice President and Regional Commercial Banking Manager, focusing on portfolio management and credit risk management throughout the bank’s California footprint. Prior to this, he was employed by several community banks in the Bay Area within their commercial lending divisions. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University. He is also a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.
Steve Budiono, EVP/CLO
Steve Budiono is the Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Northern California National Bank. Steve Joined in March 2018 as Senior Vice President – Regional Manager for the Sacramento Market. Prior to joining the bank, Mr. Budiono was Senior Vice President – Senior Relationship Manager at First Foundation Bank (formerly Community 1st Bank). Throughout his 20 years in banking (Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase), he focused on commercial lending, portfolio management, customer’s retention and being the ambassador for the bank. Mr. Budiono has been a resident of Rocklin since 2018 and a Sacramento resident for over 10 years. He graduated with a B.S degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Stonier Grad School of Banking and Wharton Executive Leadership at the University of Pennsylvania.
